Busy Making

I have finally got my computer back and am therefore able to blog again. I missed my laptop!

So while I have been away from the computer a bit, I have been getting ready for the Leigh craft fair I am doing in December.

I have made lots of little bears, Christmas decorations, bunting, jewellery and I am still going. I will keep you updated with my progress and what happens along the way.

The bears above are a few of my creations that I will be selling.

Knitted Beret

I have finished knitting my beret and have been wearing it to work this week (is it me or has it turned freezing again!)

Homemade

I have been busy making lots of chutneys this week. I started off with a tomatoe chutney, my fav I think.

I then made a spicy apple chutney

Then- my first attemp at lemon curd, came out well, reminds me of lemon meringue pie! And look how yellow it is, no colouring or anything.

Chocolate cake

I do like a good chocolate cake and I made this one with white chocolate icing. Was very yummy (though not as neat as it could have been!)

Honeycomb with chocolate

I have been trying to make honeycomb for a while now, have had a few disasters. One lot came out inedible, it was rock hard!! The next lot I burnt! Opps (tho the texture was right that time) and now this lot is just right! yay

Once it cooled I coated it in choc and then broke it up and put it in a jar.

Yum...

Cup cakes

I was inspired to make some pretty cup cakes after I got this new cute cup cake stand. How pretty is it?!
